Keep fit during the summer holidays with an action packed 60 minutes mat work Pilates and Fitness class either by a private swimming pool, the River Ribble or in the beautiful Grade One listed house, Gisburne Park (weather depending). (Only £10 per session).

The class is suitable for all levels, even if you haven’t done any pilates before. Harriet will modify the exercises according to your fitness and experience so they will be achievable whatever your fitness level. (Each class is a limited number so its very much a first come, first serve basis.)

Let’s challenge our core strength, connect with your body, improve posture, focus the mind, strengthen your weaknesses and above all have fun!

All equipment is provided; mats, weights, flex bands etc.
